Cancellations

Online order cancellations: Should you wish to cancel an order you’ve placed with us after 24 hours of placing it, we will keep 10% of the order price (not including postage costs) as an admin fee to do so. Cancellations made after 36 hours will incur a 50% admin fee. Cancellations made after dispatch will not be refunded.

Custom order cancellations made within 3 days of the order due date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of your total order cost. Custom order cancellations made within 1 day of the order due date will incur a 75% cancellation fee.

Deposits

For custom collection orders where payment is not made at the time of ordering, a minimum deposit of 20% of the total order will be required to secure your order date. This will be taken off of your final bill. If you cancel your order within 7 days of the due date, this deposit will not be refunded. Your balance will be due 48 hours prior to collection, unless otherwise agreed with myself (eg cash on collection).
